Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account or contacting our support team.

Once cancelled:

* No future billing will occur.
* Access will continue until the current billing cycle ends.

Refund Policy

Payments once made are non-refundable.

In case of duplicate payment or technical error, refund requests must be raised within 7 days.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
